Muybridge: AI video editor ("the App") is an application that edits and enhances video using AI technology. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. Your privacy is our top priority.

Data We Collect

We collect the following information when you use Muybridge:

• Account Information: Email address collected via Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In for authentication purposes.
• User Content: Video, audio, images, and text you submit for editing, enhancement, or generation. This content is collected when you actively use the App to edit your media.

Third-Party AI Service Data Sharing

Important: Muybridge shares your content with a third-party artificial intelligence service provider to process your editing requests.

What Data Is Sent

When you use the App to edit or generate media, the following data is sent to our AI service provider:

• The video, audio, image, or text content you select to edit, enhance, or generate
• Your editing preferences (e.g., style, effects, prompts)

We do NOT send your email address, device information, or any other personal identifiers to the AI service provider.

Who Receives Your Data

Your content is sent to our third-party AI service provider via their API service. The provider processes this data using advanced AI models to generate edited or enhanced media based on your request.

User Permission

Before any data is shared with our AI service provider, you must:

• Grant the App access to the media you choose to edit
• Actively choose to use the App to edit or generate media
• Accept this Privacy Policy

Data is only sent to the AI service provider when you explicitly use the editing features. No data is transmitted without your active use of the App.

Third-Party Data Protection

Our AI service provider maintains its own privacy practices and security measures:

• API data is not used to train their models
• Data is encrypted in transit and at rest
• The provider retains API data for a limited time for abuse monitoring, then deletes it

The AI service provider's privacy practices provide equal or greater protection than our own policies.

How We Use Your Data

• Account Information: Used solely for authentication and account management
• User Content: Sent to our AI service provider's API only when you actively use editing features. We do not store your media content after processing is complete
• We do not sell, share with other third parties, or use your data for any purpose other than providing the video editing service

How We Collect Data

• Account Information: Collected directly from Apple or Google when you sign in using their authentication services
• User Content: Collected when you actively select media and use the App to edit it

Media Access Permissions

The App requires access to your photo library, camera, or files to function as a video editor. This permission is necessary to send your media to our AI service provider's API for processing. Without this permission, the App cannot provide video editing services.

Data Storage

Any app preferences or settings are stored locally on your device using standard storage mechanisms. We do not store your media content after it has been processed.

Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App and on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
