Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ClarifierAI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

ClarifierAI is an iOS keyboard extension that uses advanced AI technology provided by a third-party service to transform and enhance text. When you use the App, your text is sent to our AI service provider's API for processing. By using the App, you acknowledge and consent to this data sharing as described in our Privacy Policy.

License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to generate harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will function uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The App is free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results of using the App will meet your requirements

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of the App
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the App
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

AI-Generated Content and Third-Party Services

The App uses advanced AI technology to transform text. You acknowledge that:

• Your text content is sent to a third-party AI service provider for processing
• AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any transformed text before use
• The developer is not responsible for the content generated by the AI or how the service provider processes your data
• You retain ownership of any content you input or generate using the App
• The AI service provider's terms of service and privacy policy also apply to your use of the App

Changes to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes through the App or via the App Store.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Apple App Store

By downloading the App through the Apple App Store, you agree to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) in addition to these Terms.
